Business Contract
After friendly negotiation, both parties have reached the following agreement on mall cooperation:
Cooperation Period:
I. Party A Responsibilities
- Party A shall provide sufficient suppliers and products for cooperation.
- Party A shall provide safety and transportation, including all business taxes and transportation costs.
- This includes: packaging, installation, after-sales service, transportation, public relations, and all other expenses.
- Party A shall ensure the normal operation of logistics and transportation, and be responsible for the safety of goods and staff.
- In case of man-made damage, theft, or damage to items, Party A shall be fully responsible and compensate according to the price.
II. Party B Responsibilities
- Party B shall provide product costs and maintain mall buyers (customer relationships).
- Party B guarantees good personal credit.
- Party B needs to process orders within 24 hours.
III. Breach of Contract
- In case of special circumstances, the agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between both parties.
- If affected by policies, Party B shall be fully responsible for special circumstances.
- Both parties must strictly abide by the contract provisions. If one party breaches the contract, either party shall bear legal responsibility or compensation.
- This contract takes effect from the date of signature.
